Every part of you—tender, fierce, messy, or quiet—belongs here.
Your Journey Back to Yourself
Although everybody’s therapy journey is a little different, I see it in four interconnected, overlapping phases:
01 - Self-awareness
This is where we begin gently noticing the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that shape our lives—sometimes for the first time. Together, we’ll explore your inner world with curiosity, identifying the stories you’ve carried and how they’ve been influenced by your history and environment.
02 - Self-acceptance
Here, the goal is to see yourself fully—strengths, struggles, quirks, and all—without judgment. We’ll work on releasing the pressure to meet impossible standards and instead start honoring the truth of who you are right now.
03 - Self-compassion
Once you can accept yourself, you can begin treating yourself with the same kindness you might offer a dear friend. We’ll practice responding to mistakes and challenges with understanding rather than criticism, creating a less critical, more supportive inner voice.
04 - Self-LOVE
This is the deep integration phase—where care for yourself becomes natural and unapologetic. You’ll learn to prioritize your needs, set healthy boundaries, and actively cultivate a life that aligns with your values and honors your worth. Most importantly, you’ll develop the capacity to love all parts of yourself—even the ones you’ve struggled with or tried to hide—embracing your whole self as worthy and enough.
