My Journey
My path to becoming a therapist began in a community-based agency, where I interned for two years working with children and families in their homes and neighborhoods. Those experiences shaped the way I see people—not as problems to be solved, but as whole humans living within unique systems and stories. After graduation, I continued in a school-based role, deepening my understanding of how early experiences and relationships shape us. In 2022, I opened my own practice so I could offer therapy in a way that felt authentic, sustainable, and deeply human.
At the heart of my work is Internal Family Systems (IFS), a compassionate approach that invites every part of you to be seen and heard. I’ve also trained in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, meditation, along with various other approaches, and I use these tools flexibly to meet you where you are. More than anything, I want you to feel safe, understood, and accepted—just as you are—as we walk together toward the version of you that feels most true.
